Many of our trips include mountain skiing, steep climbing and
backcountry camping in remote wilderness regions. These conditions
require that participants are age of majority, in very good physical
condition and know their limits and expectations. Prior to being
accepted on a trip, each participant or group must supply a short
résumé describing their relevant experiences and specific
abilities relative to the proposed activities. Each participant must
also complete and sign an Assumption of Risks and Releasing of material
liability before the trip starts. In the eventuality of an accident
involving third parties rescue, the related cost will be at the expanse
of the evacuated clients. Participants must wear helmet, avalanche beacons, probes and
shovels on all guided ski trips. We rent those equipment for 10$/day (limited availability so reserve it).
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a 30%
deposit of the estimated fees (exclude food, rentals). The variety of
areas and activities offered allows flexibility, therefore objectives
are subject to modification according to weather and/or terrain
conditions. Refunding is only possible if we realize that snow/weather
conditions make the trip unpracticable or hazardous, this being
evaluated on a day-to-day basis.
Sincerely,
François Roy
